 USA: For items shipped in the United States, if your item has not arrived within 10 business days (excludes Sundays and holidays) from the ship date, please contact us, and we will be glad to help you get what you ordered.

International: For items shipping internationally, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. If the item has not been delivered after 4 weeks from the shipping date, please contact us.

Cancellations: Please look over your order carefully before submitting. While we make every effort to cancel an order when a cancellation is requested, we cannot always guarantee a cancellation.
